We searched high and low to find a builder and team capable of helping us attain our dream of completely renovating and adding additional square footage on to our existing residence in The Woodlands, TX, originally built in 1975. After interviewing six builders, we knew almost immediately that Quatro Brooks and QCB Custom Homes is whom we wanted to work with to make our dream home a reality.
While every project comes with its own unique set of challenges, Quatro is always there to help navigate those challenges and provide the reassurances, quality and attention to detail needed to complete a dream home. Prospective Homeowner-
After almost a year of planning and design, we selected Quatro Brooks with QCB Custom Homes to build our new home in the Tomball area. From the very beginning, we were astonished by how hard Quatro worked on our behalf and we felt that he was our advocate throughout the process.

For example, we cleared the house pad and the driveway ourselves prior to starting formal construction, and after the clearing crew had left the project, we realized that we needed to remove about a dozen more trees to provide a clear path to allow for the pump truck down the future driveway to the foundation. Rather than simply telling us that we needed to get our clearing contractor back onsite, Quatro came out over the weekend and cut the trees down himself so that our pour did not get delayed and we could stay on schedule. We never received a bill for the removal those trees, or for the countless other "extras" that Quatro performed throughout the 11 months we worked together on the house.
During the construction process, my wife and I got to know most of QCB's preferred subcontractors on a first name basis, and were consistently impressed by the quality of their workmanship and their dedication to the project. We always felt that they took incredible pride in the finished product and genuinely wanted to make sure we were satisfied with their work product.

Our house was difficult by nature, full of complex and unusual detailing, but step by step, Quatro lead us through the process with agility and patience.
By any measure, building a custom home from scratch is a significant undertaking. Finding the correct builder is an incredibly important step in that process, and we both highly recommend QCB Custom Homes.
